Description

MG-Zyme is a source of organically combined magnesium with each tablet containing 100 mg of magnesium. Use it with tissue injury, muscle cramps, inflammation, PMS, cardiac stress, asthma, renal and gall stones, as a calcium synergist, chronic fatigue, diabetes, hypoglycemia and fibromyalgia.

Note

Take 4 at bedtime in cases of minor constipation and increase 1 more each night with a glass of water until stool is loose then cut back 1 tablet. Use under a doctors supervision as constipation may be due to many other causes that need to be ruled out.
