For Men or Women , Use before and after exercise and if intense workout Morning and Bedtime. 4 at breakfast 4 before exercise 4 bedtime if Power lifting/Intense training-Men. Weight Toning- Take 2 at breakfast 2 before exercise 2 bedtime . Source of Gamma Oryzanol and free transferulic acid.
