If present consider: Bio-Cardiozyme Forte, 2 tablets, 3 times a day, COQ-Zyme 30, 1 tablet, 3 times a day and ADHS, 1 tablet, twice a day with breakfast and lunch. Note: Magnesium deficiency is also a common finding with hypertension. If present consider: MG-Zyme, 4 tablets at bedtime, increasing by one tablet nightly to bowel tolerance. If neither low or high blood pressure are present, suspect entrapment of a cranial nerve. If present consider: Bio-AE Mulsion Forte, 10 drops, 3 times a day for 5 to 7 days, then 10 drops per day for the following 10 days and Bio-Immunozyme Forte, 1 tablet, 3 times a day. Note: Vitamin A at high levels should not be used during pregnancy or lactation.

Consider: Beta-TCP, 2 tablets, 3 times a day, MCS or Livotrit-Plus, 1 tablet/capsule, 3 times a day and Phosphatidylcholine, 2 capsules, 3 times a day, or Ultra PPI, 10 drops, 3 times a day and 10 drops at bedtime.
Cramps in Feet: If the toes curl up, suspect a calcium and magnesium need. Consider: CA/MG Plus, 3 tablets in the morning and 3 at bedtime on an empty stomach. If the toes curl down, suspect a phosphorus need. Consider: Super Phosphzyme, 2 tablets, 3 times a day and 3 tablets at bedtime.
Leg Cramps: If the leg cramps occur at rest, suspect a calcium, magnesium and potassium need. Consider: Bio-CMP, 2 tablets, 3 times a day and 3 at bedtime. If the cramps occur during exercise , suspect a need for Vitamin E. Consider: E-Mulsion 200, 1 capsule, 3 times a day. In any case of leg cramps, insure the patient is not dehydrated or iron anemic ( FE-Zyme, 1 tablet, 3 times a day).
Goiter (Non-Toxic): Suspect a manganese and riboflavin deficiency. Consider: MN-Zyme Forte, 1 tablet, 3 times a day and Nuclezyme Forte, 1 capsule, 3 times a day.
Eye Floaters: Indicates capillary fragility with a need for bioflavonoids and probable pituitary dysfunction. Consider:
Since the eye tissue was taken out of the Optic Plus product it is now useful for floaters. Use it at 1 capsule twice a day along with the PT/HPT at the same dose and Bio-Cyanidins which is the grape seed and pine bark extract. This product should also be used at 1 tablet twice a day.
Can't get to Sleep (True Insomnia): Suspect a calcium, magnesium and potassium deficiency with adrenal cortical hyperfunction. Consider: Bio-CMP, 2 tablets, 3 times a day and 3 tablets at bedtime and ADHS, 1 tablet with breakfast and lunch. If the patient is overweight or has a high level of body fat, suspect Syndrome-X. If present consider: GlucoBalance, 2 capsules, 3 times a day and a low carbohydrate diet.
Goes to Sleep but can not Remain Asleep: Suspect a thiamine need and adrenal cortical hypofunction. Consider: Cytozyme-AD, 2 tablets, 3 times a day and Bio-Glycozyme Forte, 2 tablets, 3 times a day and 3 tablets at bedtime.
Burning Feet: Suspect liver/biliary dysfunction with a fat soluble vitamin need. Consider: Beta-TCP, 2 tablets, 3 times a day, Livotrit-Plus or MCS, 1 tablet or capsule, 3 times a day and Chlorocaps, 1 capsule, 3 times a day.
Joint Stiffness Upon Arising, During Cold Weather or During a Drop in the Barometric Pressure: Suspect thyroid hypofunction, iodine need, probable need for unsaturated fatty acids and phosphorus. Consider: GTA, 1 capsule, 3 times a day, Thyrostim, 2 tablets, 3 times a day, Flax Seed Oil, 1 capsule, 3 times a day and Super Phosphozyme, 3 tablets, 3 times a day.
Infants Sensitive to Dairy Products: Suspect thymus dysfunction and a bacterial imbalance in the colon. Consider: Cytozyme-THY, 1 to 3 tablets daily and Biodolphilus FOS, 1/4 teaspoon daily.
Excessive Body Odor: Suspect digestive dysfunction with a need for hydrochloric acid. Consider: Hydrozyme at 2-3 tablets with each meal or Betaine Plus HP, 1 capsule with each meal.
Scaly Rash on Extremities: Suspect allergy or a calcium, magnesium and essential fatty acid need. If these possibilities have been ruled out and the rash is still present, the rash is probably due to a zinc and thiamine need. Consider: ZN-Zyme Forte, 1 tablet, 3 times a day and Bio-Glycozyme Forte, 2 tablets, 3 times a day. Note: Insure the ZN-Zyme Forte and Bio-Glycozyme Forte are taken at different times.
Infants Who are Constantly Crabby, Jumpy and Cry for no Reason: Suspect adrenal cortical hypofunction (especially if the child was delivered via cesarean section), thymus hypofunction and biliary dysfunction. Consider: Cytozyme-AD, 1 tablet daily, Cytozyme-THY, 1 tablet daily and Beta-TCP, 1 tablet daily.
Conjunctivitis: Suspect a need for riboflavin and bioflavonoids. Consider: Pro-An, 1 tablet, twice a day and Nucleozyme Forte, 1 capsule, 3 times a day.
Craving for Sweets: Suspect reactive hypoglycemia and biliary insufficiency. Consider: Bio-Glycozyme Forte, 2 tablets, 3 times a day and Beta-Plus, 2 tablets with each meal.
Constantly Running Nose/Thin Secretions (No Sinus Infection): Suspect iron anemia and biliary insufficiency. Consider: FE-Zyme, 1 tablet, 3 times a day and Beta-Plus, 2 tablets with each meal.
Muscle Pain (Not Joint Pain) Increased After Sleeping: Suspect insufficient production of growth hormone by the anterior pituitary. Consider: Gammanol Forte with FRAC, 6 tablets at bedtime and Cytozyme-PT/HPT, 3 tablets at bedtime.
Sore Throat and Hoarseness (No Infection): Suspect parathyroid hypofunction. Consider: CA/MG Plus, 2 tablets, 3 times a day and Bio-D Mulsion, 3-4 drops daily in pure water.
Nightmares: Suspect a magnesium deficiency and/or histamine reactions (rule out food sensitivity). Consider: MG-Zyme, 4 tablets at bedtime, increasing by one tablet each night to bowel tolerance and HistoPlex, 2-3 capsules, daily.
Frequent Night Urination Without Frequent Daytime Urination: Suspect a thiamine deficiency. Consider: , 2 tablets, 3 times a day or Bio-Glycozyme Forte, 2 tablets, 3 times a day.
Mood Swings due to Changes in Barometric Pressure: Suspect either thyroid hypofunction and/or a need for thiamine. Consider: GTA, 1 capsule, 3 times a day, Thyrostim, 2 tablets, 3 times a day and Bio-3B-G, 2 tablets, 3 times a day.
Mood Swings due to Lack of Sunlight and/or Cold Weather: Suspect a pineal problem first ( Cytozyme-B, B6 Phosphate, Bio-D Mulsion); however, if pineal dysfunction is not the problem, iodine deficiency is probable. Consider: Liquid Iodine, 10 drops, 3 times a day.
Excessive Sweating/Inability to Sweat: The need for alkaline ash minerals ( Bio-CMP) should be ruled out. If this is not the problem, adrenal dysfunction is probable. Consider: Cytozyme-AD, 1-2 tablets, 3 times a day (hypofunction), or ADHS, 1 tablet, twice a day with breakfast and lunch (hyperfunction).
Red Palms/Knuckles: Rule out allergy. If allergy is not found to be the problem, biliary/liver dysfunction is probable. Consider: Beta-TCP and MCS. If liver virus is present or suspected add: Livotrit-Plus, Bio-Immunozyme Forte and Ultra Vir-X.
Headaches: The following information concerning headaches is predicated on the assumption that dietary changes have been initiated (removal of refined carbohydrates, fast-acting sugars, caffeine containing foods, hydrogenated fats and oils); the possibility of food sensitivity has been ruled out (dairy, wheat, etc.); possible structural problems (cranial, TMJ, spine, etc.) have been ruled out and glycemic problems (hypoglycemia, Syndrome-X, etc.) have been ruled out.
If the headaches occur just before, during or after menses, rule out anterior pituitary/hypothalamus dysfunction. Consider: Cytozyme PT/HPT, Thyrostim and Flax Seed Oil Capsules. Note: This is especially true if the headaches began around the time of puberty.
If the headaches have been determined to be true migraine headaches and structural/dietary problems are not locus to the headaches, rule out both a magnesium and choline deficiency. Consider: MG-Zyme (at bedtime to bowel tolerance) and Phosphatidylcholine.
If the headaches occur primarily in the morning and wear off as the day goes on, rule out thyroid hypofunction or thyroid hypofunction secondary to anterior pituitary hypofunction. Consider: GTA and Meta-Stim or Thyrostim and Cytozyme-PT/HPT. Use Flax Seed Oil Perles in either cases.
If the patient has signs of vascular fragility (spider veins, hemorrhoids, broken blood vessels on the chest, face or breasts), microscopic leakage of blood into the cerebral spinal fluid is one of the probable causes for the headaches. Consider: Bio-C Plus and Pro-An. Note: Vascular fragility is often secondary to portal congestion. If portal congestion is present, consider: Beta-TCP and MCS or Livotrit-Plus.
If the headaches occur after reading for a prolonged period of time, rule out the need for glasses or a need to change the prescription if the patient wears glasses. A zinc, riboflavin, bioflavonoid and vitamin A deficiency, is also possible. Consider: Eye, Pro-An and Bilberry Herb.
If the headaches occur with just a moderate amount of physiological or psychological stress, rule out adrenal dysfunction. Complete a salivary adrenal stress index, Ragland Postural Blood Pressure Test and check the patients eyes to determine if the pupils remain dilated when a light is shined into their eyes. If the patient is wearing sun glasses when they enter your office and puts them back on before leaving your office, adrenal cortical hypofuntion is probable. If the patient is found to have adrenal hypofunction, consider: Cytozyme-AD and Bio-Glycozyme Forte. If the patient is found to have adrenal hyperfunction, consider: ADHS and GlucoBalance. Note: With adrenal cortical hyperfunction, increased production of reverse T-3 is common, along with anterior pituitary hypofunction. If present, consider: Meta-Stim and Cytozyme-PT/HPT. Note: With adrenal dysfunction, if the headache patient has low blood pressure, adrenal hypofunction is probable. If the headache patient has normal or increased blood pressure, adrenal cortical hyperfunction is probable.
If the headaches occur just over the eyes (especially the right eye), rule out a biliary problem. Consider: Beta-TCP and MCS or Livotrit-Plus.
If the patient describes the headaches as band-type headaches (feels as if they have a band around their head), rule out pituitary dysfunction and a need for niacinamide. Consider: Cytozyme-PT/HPT and Ultra Niacinamide 500.
If the headaches occur at night or when the patient misses a meal, rule out hypoglycemia with adrenal cortical hypofunction. Consider: Bio-Glycozyme Forte and Cytozyme-AD. Note: If adrenal support does not resolve the problem, suspect pancreatic hypofunction. Consider: Cytozyme-PAN.
If the headaches occur after eating refined carbohydrates or fast-acting sugars, the headache is probably due to hypoglycemia; however, the reaction to sugar generally indicates the pituitary as the target gland with adrenal, thyroid, etc., dysfunction secondary to the pituitary. Consider: Cytozyme-PT/HPT and Bio-Glycozyme Forte.
Lack of Sense of Smell and Taste: Most clinicians associate this problem with a need for zinc and rightly so. However, in most cases where the patient is not responsive to zinc supplementation, the problem is usually a need for one of the zinc synergists (B vitamins, magnesium and/or essential fatty acids). With the lack of sense of smell and taste, after zinc, the deficiency is most frequently magnesium. Consider: MG-Zyme. Begin with 4 tablets at bedtime and increase every night or every other night by one tablet to bowel tolerance.
You may have heard,"Treatment does not cure attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). However, it can help control the symptoms—inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness—and improve"*
Well that simply is not true in many cases if the treatment is correct. I personally recommend H.E.L.P. http://www.helplearn.org/index-flash.html
From a single center in Hollywood in 1997, the Hollywood Education and Literacy Project (H.E.L.P.) has expanded to an international program with several dozen centers around the world. Relying primarily on volunteer tutors, the HELP program delivers more than 1000 hours of tutoring each week.
Key to H.E.L.P.’s success lies in its use of L. Ron Hubbard’s Study Technology. Tutors who work in the program are trained extensively in the use of these materials. H.E.L..P. has a carefully worked out line-up of study materials which are used to take the student − whether child or adult and whether facile or illiterate in English − to new levels of learning.

At our office in Hollywood we use N.A.E.T. which has a web site at www.naet.com . We also have a list on this site of over 40 products when you do a search for allergies. My Favorite for immediate relief in many cases is Thorne Research Buffered C.
In American Journal of Epidemiology - The study authors point out that their findings support those of several other studies linking aluminum to Alzheimer's, but add that "this result needs to be confirmed using a higher number of exposed subjects."
We agree with the experts who recommend: Avoid and remove mercury, Avoid aluminum, such as in antiperspirants, cookware, etc. Exercise for 3-5 hours per week, Eat 15-20 pounds of vegetables per week, Avoid flu vaccinations.
Before one gives up on a Rx Drug work with a qualified doctor who can safely help you. We recommend http://www.alternativementalhealth.com. Vaginal dryness is a symptom that women find most annoying. It is most associated with menopause, but it also occurs due to childbirth, stress, or birth control pills. It may be a problem during sex only, or it may cause an itching or burning sensation all the time. There are many ways to deal with the problem. Which one an each woman chooses depends on: how quickly she needs lubrication, what her sexual desires are, whether or not she wants to make a trip to the drugstore, convenience, and what other menopausal or gynecological problems she has.
Do It Yourself
More Water, More Sex
A woman can't make her own secretions without adequate fluid intake. Frequent sexual stimulation alone or with a partner keeps the flow going.
Herbs
The homeopathic agents with claims of relieving vaginal dryness are: belladonna, bryonia, and lycopodium. Herbs are dong quai or motherwort for about a week. There is no scientific research supporting or refute these claims. Ginseng has some limited scientific support for effectiveness in vaginal dryness.
Vitamin E
Some women open a capsule and squirt the oil in the vagina. The regimen is daily for the first week or so, then once or twice a week. As it is an oil, break-down of condoms, overgrowth of bacteria, or other disruption of the normal flora are issues. While adequate oral vitamin E intake has long been associated with healthy skin, there is nothing to suggest that using E vaginally is any more effective than any plain oil.
Soy
Soy flour (6 tablespoons) and flaxseed (2 tablespoons) have been shown to improve vagina moisture. This is thought to be from the natural estrogen-like actions of soy and flaxseed. If a woman needs or wants to avoid estrogens, then this is not a good option. It takes about six weeks to kick in.
Yes there are a few things one can do to reduce the side effects of vaccinations. Take Cytozyme-THY, at 3 tablets twice a day, IAG at 2 teaspoons
twice a day, the homeopathic for detoxification and the homeopathic for lympathic drainage at one capful each daily and Bio-Immunozyme Forte at 1 tablet twice a day. One should start this a couple of days before the innoculations (if possible) and continue this protocol for about a week after the innoculations. This should help to reduce the toxicity and long-term problems with the vaccinations. Also, it may be a good idea for one to take enough of the IAG and Bio-Immunozyme Forte with them to conmtinue to take them while there. In general many third world countries are not a real dirty places; however, with all the possible damaging toxins and germs, etc., one can be exposed to things they are normally not. The IAG and Bio-Immunozyme Forte at the above level should help one while they are there and they should also consider taking some Biotics Research ADP ( 3/MEAL), Bromelain Plus CLA ( 3 - 3x /DAY 1/2 HOUR OR MORE BEFORE A MEAL- ON AN EMPTY STOMACH),Florastor( 1/MEAL) and some HCl PLUS with them (2-MEAL)in case one has some digestive problems from the food or water.
Thorne Research has a product called Sulfonil. The active ingredient Thioglycerols in this reacted sulfur compound bind to adrenergic receptors more readily than nicotine, thus blocking the receptors' ability to bind with nicotine, and mediating the resultant desire for more nicotine
You may try eating curries. The main ingredient of curry is turmeric. In one study, sixteen chronic smokers were given 1.5 g of turmeric daily. At the end of the thirty-day trial, there was a significant reduction in the level of cancer-causing compounds excreted in the urine. These results signified enhanced detoxification processes. Due to widespread exposure to smoke and other environmental carcinogens, the frequent use of turmeric as a spice or supplement appears warranted. The antioxidant activity of the yellow pigment of turmeric, a compound known as Curcumin, is up to 300 times stronger than vitamin E.
Curcumin from Thorne Research, as a supplement, has been shown to exert significant antioxidant effects in dosages as small as 20 mg per day.
A deficiency of stomach acid may result in increased susceptibility to, and severity of, gut bacterial infections because of survival of ingested bacteria leading to intestinal overgrowth. Decreasing gastric acidity, frequently encourage Candida overgrowth, especially in women
The caution to remove dairy is present and the person should also completely avoid all fried foods, hydrogenated fats and oils and gluten containing grains.
Supplemental support: Beta-Plus (need the bile salts in Beta-Plus) – 2-3 tablets with each meal.
Hydrozyme – Begin with 3 tablets in the middle of the meal and increase by one tablet every other day until the person experiences a slight burning in the stomach and then begin to reduce. If the person is able to get to 6 or more tablets in the middle of each meal, switch to Betaine Plus HP (in the interest of saving some money & taking less pills) and use 2 capsules in the middle of the meal.
Bio-GGG-B (lipotrophic factors to aid fat metabolism deficiency may result in fatty infiltration of the liver) – 2 tablets with each meal.
MCS-2 – 2 capsule with each meal.
Intenzyme Forte – 5 tablets in the a.m. and 5 in the p.m. on an empty stomach.
If the problem is stress exacerbated , add DeStress at 1 capsule in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m. and ADB-5 Plus at 1 tablet with each meal.
Advise that the diet is most important and also try to find the source of the stress and avoid it if possible and if not possible learn how to better deal with it , use Dianetics.
Eczema is a noncontagious inflammation of the skin, characterized chiefly by redness, itching, and the outbreak of lesions that may discharge serous matter and become encrusted and scaly.
Eczema can be a difficult problem to address, especially with children because their moms are not often open to taking them off of all dairy products and soy products. But, for the supplemental program to be effective, adult or child this is a constant. Supplementally we have been reasonably successful with Black Currant Seed Oil, 6 capsules daily, A/E Mulsion Forte, 6 drops daily, Cytozyme THY, 6 tablets daily and Florastor 1-2 capsules daily. This protocol is for adults, if the child is less than 10 years of age, cut this in half, if the young child is under 3 years of age use only 25 percent of the adult dose and use Florastor for Children at one packet a day in lieu of the capsule.
